As far as I know, no..

It was created and even beta tested. There are a couple of juniper (and
former juniper) employees walking around with the title but last I heard it
is not available to the public.

Without any inside knowledge I would attribute this to the SRX platform and
the Junos Security line up that was released. The JNCIE-FWV did not cover
that in any form. I assume they are going to integrate the new OS and
platform into the test and then release it.. at least I hope they release
it.

Sorry I couldn't give you a decisive answer but hopefully this helps,

Rumor is that they are going to make a JNCIE-SEC which will be SRX based.
The JNCIE-ER will then encompass just routing and switching (M,J,EX) and
probably be renamed JNCIE-ERS or something like that.

There is already parts of Juniper.com that reflect some of these changes
like the study guides for the JNCIS-ES are now called JNCIS-SEC.

I think the -FWV is going to be dropped in the future which means we'll
never see the light of day of the JNCIE-FWV.

Does this mean that ScreenOS will no longer be used in the future?

Not right away, no. Although I wouldn't bet on it in the long term.
